International Childrens Peace Prize 2017

We could not be more proud!
Mohamad al-Junde from Syria wins this year’s International #ChildrensPeacePrize for his tireless efforts to ensure rights for Syrian refugee children.
The Center for Environmental and Social Development and many brave Syrians helped Mohamad this year.
Mohamad sent his gratitude to children in the world who are forced to live without education.

Mohamad along with his family, built a school in a Lebanese camp which now provides around 200 children with the opportunity for a better future!
